Connection and login
If the client says the account is already logged in after a crash or internet drop, wait briefly and try again. The server cleanup should clear stale sessions.
- Confirm your phone has internet.
- Use the official server entry only.
- Restart the app after a black screen or failed reconnect.
Gameplay bugs
For missing mobs, broken NPC windows, quest issues, UI overlap, or bad translations, use the in-game bug report button with a useful category and description.
- Include character name and map when possible.
- Do not spam the same report category repeatedly.
- Screenshots in Discord help when the visual state is important.
